6. Aurora Forecast App

The Borealis aurora app, launching on the Apple App Store, is provided by Northern Lights Aurora. Use of the app will be subject to separate terms presented at download and Apple's standard terms of service. The app is provided "as is" and forecast accuracy is subject to the limitations described in Section 3 above.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
